WHAT IS CCA?

Chromated Copper Arsenate (CCA) is a water-borne preservative used to preserve timber. The complex chemical reaction during pressure impregnation results in the formation of insoluble chromates of copper and arsenic in the wood.

The wood becomes highly resistant to rot, decay and termite attacks. This makes CCA traeted poles ideal for roof or lapa construction, agricultural fencing & pens, general construction use and signage erecting.
