Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Manage and service key accounts and customer base

• Act as the point of contact for existing, new and walk-in clients

• Offer excellent customer service at all times

• Assist and service all customers in a professional and timely manner

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and responding to leads

• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Acquire in-depth product knowledge

• Offer technical advice on products and services

• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

• Build and promote strong, long term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Furnish quotations within 24 hours

• Confirm or follow-up on outstanding payments, quotes, invoices or purchase orders

• Process confirmed jobs correctly

• Communicate orders with warehouse and delivery team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Strictly meet and exceed set sales targets on monthly basis


Admin:

• Account & counter sales

• Telephone answering

• Quotations

• Invoicing

• Returns processing

• Credit Notes

• Job card processing

• Order processing

• Order fulfillment

• Orders-in-progress tracking

• Label printing

• Stock receiving

• Stock take   

• Online orders processing

• Logistic planning

• Courier bookings

• Meeting scheduling & planning

• Filing

• General office admin

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or administrative position

• Experience or good knowledge in safety wear and ppe will be advantageous

• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, etc)

• Experience on invoicing / ERP software (IQ, Pastel, Quickbooks, etc)

• Integrity 

• Excellent organizational skills

• Very strong admin skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Good general knowledge

• Sober habits

• No criminal record

• Own reliable transport

• Valid drivers license 

• Matric Certificate 


REMUNERATION:

• Market related salary based on experience and skills
